On the program today, special guest Michiko Jane Rolek (also known as ZenMommie) of FunZen Bakery gives us soul recipes to nurture our spirit. Michiko—which means "child's way of beauty and wisdom" in Japanese—is an author, teacher, lecturer and life coach. She was born into a famous Zen lineage, as her great-grandfather was Shigetsu Sasaki (and also known as Sokei-an), the first Zen Master to make his home in America.
