My good friend Mick Carbo is a quiet soul that speaks volumes! His experience with facing adversity is definitely one you don't want to miss. He'll talk about being arrested in 2017 for selling drugs, and as a result, Mick is now a convicted felon. In the process, he "did a little jail time", lost two incomes, and at age 27, he had to move his family of four into his mother's basement. For some, this type of adversity becomes the end of their story. But for Mick, it was only the beginning. He and his wife Tara have three adult children, all of whom were depending on him during those challenging times. The support system he created has allowed him to grow into the man, husband, father, and entrepreneur he is today. Mick and Tara are lifelong business partners. The love and passion he has for his wife and family is evident in the love he has for the coaching practice they lead. As a self-proclaimed "Blue Collar Business Coach", Carbo Coaching supports companies and individuals in the skilled trade industry.
