“Mickey” Brougham was a man who loved Nascar, so when some of his belongings ended up at a Motor Speedway a couple hours from his home, not many people batted an eye… except for his family. With “Mickey” having made no mention of any such plans, his relatives began looking for him. As they failed to locate their loved one, the Broughams contacted police for assistance… but over a decade later, the search for “Mickey” Brougham continues.
