Microbiome is the collection of all the microorganisms that live in our bodies. Think of it like a family, everyone has a purpose and they all need to communicate. If one of these family members becomes unruly it affects all the other family members. This can happen in the microbiome too. Today I will teach you how to check your microbiome, what affects it and what changes to make to create a healthy microbiome. Traditional doctors will not talk about this and they won't test your microbiome because there is no one medication that can help it. That is where I come in to help you get answers and heal your gut. Many things can affect your gut including, eating habits, sleep habits, stress level and so much more.
