In this episode of Tap Intuit, host Ravyn RB welcomes Kenny Stahl of Root Fork Medicine for a thoughtful conversation on psychedelics, men’s work, and the evolving landscape of community-based healing.
Kenny brings more than 35 years of experience in bodywork, with a strong foundation in craniosacral therapy and nervous system regulation. He serves as a board member for TheraPsych and supports the mission of Elevated Healing Center in Manitou Springs, Colorado. His work emphasizes intentional preparation, ethical facilitation, and meaningful integration within the natural medicine space.
Much of his focus centers on veterans and men navigating reintegration, identity shifts, and isolation. Through initiatives hosted by The Den in Manitou Springs, including Run Club and Hike Club, he actively supports spaces that foster movement, connection, and intentional healing.
He also discusses his upcoming microdosing guide, written with athletes in mind but accessible to anyone ready to move beyond performance-driven metrics and toward balance and sustainable relief.
At the heart of his work is a steady invitation: unmask, participate, and rediscover the medicine of community.
