No matter how hard-working and reliable ESTJ types may be, they have a tendency toward being impatient with their teams, judgmental, and, at their worst, obsessive control freaks. They may set a standard of nothing ever being good enough, but oblivious to how damaging this behavior is to their teams. Some might call this micromanagement.
