- Ground Beef

- Shredded Cabbage

- Sliced Onion

- Salt, Pepper and any Spices to Taste

Saute

Serve on bun with slice of choice of cheese

Drizzle with Dorothy Lynch dressing

6 oz. Freeze dried fruit - powder in a food processor 

3 Tbsp Cane sugar

8 c. Water      Whisk it all up, and chill in the fridge, for the flavor to infuse! Strain, if you prefer and enjoy!
