Host Eric Dehm is joined by Justin Carlisle of the Mid-Atlantic Hiking Group to discuss his organization's belief that the outdoors and socialization of a hiking group can help vets both physically and mentally in the best of health and how that belief led to the groups "Vets Hike Across Maryland" event that is kicking off in April and will see a group of over 100 veterans hike the entire Maryland segment of the Appalachian Trail.
