Carson McCullers is becoming one of my favourite Authors. I loved The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter and am now equally loving The Member Of The Wedding. A story about a young tom boy who doesn't fit in and is yearning to find her place in the world. She suddenly finds out her older brother is about to wed and hatches a plan to take an active part in the wedding.
