With you, I discuss my experience of being in the smack middle of a quantum leap. I get into how I am processing it in the middle of the mega huge shift. I discuss nervous system capacity and look back on situations in which I was not able to *hold* the shift, and energetically and literally dropped the ball and went for another good ole' loop of doom. I discuss the steps I took to get me to this point after many YEARS (cry) of self sabotage and cock blocking my own co-creative power. Hint: frequency + somatics/embodiment and going ALL in.
