I turned 50 last month. For a week or so before my birthday, I felt terribly low and anxious. I questioned every decision I had made till date. I fretted over future plans. Suddenly a cough or mild fever was made a huge deal in my head. I was furiously making plans to maximise every moment of the day. I was constantly looking for an adrenaline rush.
I was not this person. So why this sudden fear?
