Welcome back for the second episode of the Synapse’s series called Midday Mindfulness. This series explores the benefits of mindfulness while interviewing some professionals in the mental health and neuroscience spaces. Other times, it will be a short meditation like today's episode.


This episode is called “Grace” and can hopefully provide five minutes or so of reflection and support at the end of a hard day. Podcasts are great for feeling like we are less alone—for literally having another voice with you.
