On today’s Midday Report with host Terry Haines: Kotzebue and the Northwest Arctic Borough have declared a disaster after a series of massive snow storms. The  Kenai Peninsula Borough School District  is considering cuts to pools  and theaters in the face of a large deficit. And a new brewery is  opening in Sterling.
