On today’s Midday Report with host Terry Haines: Climate change policy  is a controversial subject at the Alaska Federation of Native  Convention. The Mat-Su School Board has adopted a bathroom policy for  transgender students. And some supporters of a Constitutional Convention  want to change how Alaska chooses judges.
