  • Ep 50 - Manifesting in Midlife: How Your Beliefs Shape What You Receive

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message.

What if you could feel supported, free, and excited about your life before the thing you’re asking for arrives?

In this episode of Midlife Audacity, I’m connecting manifestation with The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz and the beliefs we agreed to long before we realized we had a choice.

Inspired by a class with my coach, Cathy Heller, we’re talking about why we sometimes struggle to let life feel good, how our core beliefs shape our perspective, and what it means to become available to receive. You know we’re bringing God, the Divine, and synchronicity into this conversation too.

I’ll walk you through three manifestation practices: visualization with a symbol, and scripting. We’ll also connect them to my ACES framework - Awareness, Choice, Energy, and Standard, so you can bring what you’re learning into your everyday life.

You can want the money, the relationship, the beautiful business and begin making room for the feelings you’re hoping they’ll bring.

  • Ep 49 - What If It Gets to Be Easy? Finding More Ease and Less Pressure in Midlife

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message.

What if you could have a full life without feeling like you’re constantly racing through it?

After a weekend of everyday responsibilities, family time, and unexpected productivity, I noticed something: I felt energized. There was room for what needed to get done—and for rest, connection, and enjoyment.

In Episode 49 of Midlife Audacity, I’m sharing what that experience taught me about the pressure we add to our days, the freedom of following our own rhythm, and allowing a good experience to become a standard for how we want to live.

We explore Gay Hendricks’s concept of Einstein Time from The Big Leap, what we might really mean when we say “I don’t have time,” and how surrendering rigid timelines can create space for more intentional choices.

You’ll leave with questions to help you recognize unnecessary pressure, ask for support, and make one part of your life even 10% easier.

What if ease became something you made room for on purpose?

  • Ep 48 - The Courage to Be Seen: How to Stop Hiding and Trust Yourself in Midlife

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message.

What would you say or do if you stopped worrying about how everyone would respond?

Following recent conversations about believing in possibility and quietly quitting a marriage, Celeste explores the courageous step that connects them: letting yourself be seen. In midlife, visibility can mean sharing an idea, expressing a preference, telling your partner how you really feel, or admitting that the role you’ve played for years no longer fits.

In this episode of Midlife Audacity, Celeste talks about why judgment feels so personal, how editing yourself can become a habit, and how one honest choice can build self trust. She also shares journal questions to help you notice where you’re holding back and choose one small step toward greater freedom.

  • Ep 47 - Quietly Quitting Your Marriage? How to Stop Cancelling Yourself in Midlife

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message.

Have you stopped asking for what you want in your marriage because you already expect disappointment? You’re still handling the responsibilities, but emotionally, you’ve started pulling away.

In this episode of Midlife Audacity, I explore quietly quitting your marriage and how it connects to the everyday ways women cancel themselves. Drawing on my own experience of 24 years of marriage, I share how “It’s fine” and “Why bother?” can become automatic responses that leave our desire for connection, affection, and enjoyment unspoken.

Through a relatable Friday-night scenario, I walk you through my ACES model—Awareness, Choice, Energy, and Standard—to help you catch the pattern, recognize your options, and notice what happens in your body when you choose differently.

We’ll explore how practicing a new response builds self-trust and helps you become a woman who makes room for her own wants, needs, and possibilities.

You cannot do both people’s work in a relationship. But you can discover where you have a choice—and turn that choice into movement. Doing something different is an audacious move.

Ready for support with your next step? I’m opening four-week 1:1 coaching spots in October, customized to your specific challenge. Together, we’ll uncover automatic patterns, practice different choices, and create a new standard you can follow through on.

  • Ep 46 - Rich in Certainty: The Audacity to Believe In Possibility

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message.

What if audacity is simply the willingness to believe in possibility before you have proof?

In this episode, I explore what it means to become “rich in certainty” during midlife—rooted in self-trust, faith, creativity, resourcefulness and abundance. I share how quietly abandoning ourselves disconnects us from our own knowing, why certainty is different from control, and how choosing ourselves makes us available for the blessings God has already orchestrated in our favor.

    Reflection questions:

    1. Where in your life have you been protecting yourself from disappointment by refusing to believe in possibility?
    2. What would change if you trusted that the desire inside you was not random, but guidance?
    3. Right now—not someday or when everything is perfect—what are you already rich in?

    This week’s affirmation:

I am rich in self-trust, steady in my faith and available for every possibility God has orchestrated in my favor.

  • Ep 45 - Back to Routine in Midlife: How to Keep the Freedom, Fun & Flow of Summer

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message.

Summer is winding down. The emails have started, calendars are filling up, kids are heading back to school, work routines are returning and there’s this collective feeling of: Okay, here we go. Back to reality.

But why do we assume going back to reality means leaving the freedom, flexibility and fun of summer behind?

This summer gave me a crash course in flexibility — including having five drivers at home and only four cars — while I was simultaneously teaching a four-week study of The Artist’s Way centered around recovering creativity, intuition, play and flow. Funny how often we end up teaching exactly what we need to learn ourselves.

In this episode of Midlife Audacity, I’m talking about what I’m intentionally bringing with me into September: more flexibility, more fun and more flow. We’ll talk about core values, what our calendars reveal about what we truly prioritize, and how to return to structure and responsibility without automatically returning to autopilot.

Before you launch yourself back into your fall routine, take a few minutes to sit with the three questions I share at the end of the episode:

What did summer remind me that I love?

What did summer teach me about myself?

What am I unwilling to leave behind just because the season is changing?

Summer doesn’t have to be the place where you visit a freer version of yourself for a few weeks every year.

You get to bring summer with you.

  • Ep 44 - Virgo Season & The Sacred Edit: What Are You Ready to Let Go Of?

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message.

Virgo season is here, and whether you’re a Virgo or not, there’s something about this time of year that feels like a fresh start. The end of summer. Back-to-school energy. New routines, new planners, and that familiar feeling of, Okay, time to get my shit together.

But what if this season isn’t only about what you’re ready to begin? What if it’s also about what you’re ready to leave behind?

In this episode of Midlife Audacity, we’re using the energy of Virgo season as an invitation to refine rather than reinvent, to take an honest look at the habits, roles, expectations, automatic yeses, and “it’s fine” moments we may be carrying simply because we’ve gotten used to carrying them.

We’ll explore the idea of the sacred edit, the subtle ways self-abandonment can show up in everyday life, and why transformation doesn’t always require blowing up your life. Sometimes it begins with noticing one small place where you keep leaving yourself and choosing differently.

I’m also planting the very first seed for something that’s been taking shape in my mind: The Cancellation Project.

So as we enter this new season, I’m leaving you with two questions:

What are you ready to refine? And what are you finally ready to cancel?

  • Ep 43 - "It’s Fine”: The Coded Language of Self-Abandonment

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message.

Have you ever said “It’s fine” when, deep down, you knew it really wasn’t?

In this episode of Midlife Audacity, Celeste explores the subtle ways self-abandonment can show up in everyday life—and why it often doesn’t look like self-abandonment at all. It can look like being the strong one, the easygoing one, the peacekeeper, the independent one, or the woman who insists she can handle everything herself.

From “I’m fine” and “whatever” to “it’s not a big deal,” “I don’t care,” and “I’m used to it,” we develop coded language that can help us unconsciously bypass what we’re actually feeling.

But the phrase itself isn’t the problem. The reflex is.

In this episode, we explore why these patterns can become tied to safety, belonging and identity, how to recognize when you’re overriding your own truth, and one simple practice for interrupting the pattern.

Because maybe the work of midlife isn’t about becoming someone completely different.

Maybe it’s about walking yourself home.

Listen in and ask yourself one simple question:

    Is it actually fine?

  • Ep 42 - The Courage to Believe Before You See: Trust, Certainty & Infinite Possibility

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message.

What if certainty isn’t knowing exactly how things are going to work out?

What if certainty is trusting that there are possibilities available to you that you simply can’t see yet?

Inspired by Leo season, the Lion’s Gate Portal, and the symbolism of 8/8 and infinity, this episode explores courage, uncertainty, trust, and what it means to stay open when you don’t have all the answers.

I share two personal stories that show both sides of uncertainty: how our need to know what’s coming can steal the joy from the life happening right now, and what can happen when we loosen our grip, trust, and allow ourselves to be supported in ways we never could have planned.

We’ll also play with a few simple practices to help you shift from needing to know how to becoming curious about what’s possible.

Because courage doesn’t come after the evidence.

Sometimes courage is believing before you can see.

    Maybe there’s another way.
Maybe something is unfolding that you can’t see yet.
Maybe God has an idea you haven’t thought of.

    Stay open to possibility.

And as always, keep being bold and audacious. ✨

  • Ep 41 - How to Stop Self-Abandoning and Return to Your Authentic Self

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message.

What if the woman you're searching for isn't someone you need to become...but someone you simply need to remember?

This week I'm sharing a special episode from a live masterclass I taught called Here I Am. After revisiting it recently, I realized the message is just as relevant today as it was when I first taught it.

So many women spend years wearing masks, people pleasing, overgiving, and living according to roles they've outgrown. Somewhere along the way, they lose touch with the woman God created them to be.

    In this episode, we explore:
     • Why self-abandonment happens and how it quietly becomes our default
     • The difference between living from fear versus living from your soul
     • Why your worth has never been tied to your productivity or other people's approval
     • How to reconnect with your authentic identity in this season of midlife
     • Two simple exercises you can begin using today to strengthen your intuition and trust yourself again

This isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about coming home to yourself.

Grab your journal, settle in, and let's begin the work of remembering who you've always been.

    Journal Prompts from this Episode:

    •  Where in your life are you betraying your truth to gain love, control, or acceptance?
    •  What would it feel like to choose yourself instead?

✨ Book Study Seminars begins this week, and I couldn't be more excited. We'll be spending the next four weeks using The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron as our guide to recover our creativity, strengthen our intuition, and return to the flow that's been within us all along. If you've been thinking about joining, there's still time to grab a seat at the table. I'd love to have you with us.

If this episode resonates with you, I'd love for you to share it with a friend, leave a review, and subscribe so you never miss an episode.

Until next time...keep being bold, soulful, and audacious.
