As this episode drops on my 40th birthday, I can't help but be excited for the upcoming year, decade, and beyond. My personal growth over the last couple of years had led me to a place where I feel in greater control of my destiny and with the ability to create the life I want for my family.

I've realized the core values I've always lived by can be lived with great intent and move me closer to a life of minimal regret, maximum happiness, and a life well-lived. I want to share these values and beliefs with you so you have an opportunity to uncover them for yourself before I did or as soon as possible if you're in the 40+ crowd.
