Born in Philadelphia and raised in South Carolina, I attended the University of South Carolina before starting a career in higher education. Later, I ventured into coaching, specializing in high school and college athletic opportunities. During the COVID-19 lockdown, I became a certified master life & career advancement coach, focusing on empowering women professionals. As the Midlife Purpose Strategist, I empower midlife women to leap from guilt & dissatisfaction to courageously authentic living I also work at The Uniformed Services University, recruiting students to become military medical officers.
