Tora and Poppy are taking their sweet time necking while the thugs watch and admire. When Tora flips them off, however, the leader gets angry, and moves to attack until.... Tora oh so casually reveals his neck tattoo, showing him to be Balthuman elite. So what does that mean? We have questions.  

They scram, and Poppy mistakenly attributes it to PDA. Tora checks to see if Poppy is ok, and flashes back to how he would have handled it had Poppy not been there. We discuss how Poppy's entry into Tora's world is difficult for both of them.  

Despite their scare, Tora quickly falls into boyfriend territory by asking her about her day, at which point we switch to Ben and Candy. Candy is devastated at seeing Tora with another girl - will this lead to future tension between Candy and Poppy?   

We flashback and learn more about Candy's debt and see that Ben really is a good kid at heart, though still very much an obnoxious teenager.   We return to Poppy and Tora, whose makeout session is disrupted from resumption by police chasing after people. Poor Poppy just can't catch a break.  

We end with Tora's mysterious smirk at calling informants "numbered." Is he one of them?
