Turns out Tora had let words slip out of his mouth. Poppy wonders if she should put on a jacket, and Tora forcefully says no.   

Tora hesitantly questions whether Julri abused her, admitting how his background has influenced how he interprets situations. He affirms that neither he nor his thuglets would any do any of that, and tells her that his sexual innuendo is often just for fun. Poppy asserts her sexuality and says that she doesn't mind it some of the time!  

Awkward silence... and stroke!  

After dinner, they chat on the dock overlooking the lake. Poppy asks Tora about their youth, and Tora freezes. What is he thinking about?? What did he see in the picture frames? He asks her the strawberry question! We theorize and discuss.  

With feet dangling from the dock, Poppy tells Tora that she wants to know more about him. Tora responds with a joke and then statements showing he thinks of them as a couple! This is in complete distinction to his behavior on Regina's Peak.   

Poppy understands Tora's discomfort at questions about his life, and asks him straight out.
