Part 3 of the Why, the What, and the How of are you broken.
Tonight the panel shares their experiences of feeling broken and more importantly, how they overcame that feeling and changed their mindset.
OUR STEPS TO OVERCOMING THE “BROKEN MINDSET”
Start by writing down your “broken” word.
Write down what happened? Tell the story the same way you share it with others.
How does the version of the story change based on your mood? ( when angry, sad, or numb)... what kind of ppl get the different versions and why? What version do you tell yourself when you are alone?
What is your rationale to keep the story, when you come across “get over it” people? What is the feeling you are trying to protect?
When you tell your story to others how are you rewarded?
How does your word work for you?
How is your word been a disadvantage for you?
What word could you use to change the current word?
What would your story have to be to believe that new word?
What will you do differently to keep your new word changed?
