After a string of holiday episodes and a summer break, on this episode we're returning to our exploration of maintaining our mystic in the mundane of our everyday messy, muddled lives. Whatever we may be cherry picking that works for us, it is important to maintain the balance of being sure it is indeed working for us. That we are using the practice, and not the other way around. When the practice uses us, we're on the path to fundamentalism.
