Travis Evans is a person who had to overcome a lot of obstacles in his life since the age of 11 years old. His dad left when he was two years old. Some people would have said that he was done for. He believed he was nothing until college. He tried to give up; however there was a fire inside of him that will not go out. After having two major strokes and several mini strokes, all of his friends left him but one. He was told that he was not going to be able to walk and that he was not intelligent. He learned through this that God would and will always be there for him. His mantra is PUSH, which stands for Praise Until Something Happens. Today he is the author of a book called “Don’t Give Up” a story about his life, what he went through, and how he overcame and is still overcoming today.
