Many people would say that Jesus is a good teacher. Others would say that he was a great prophet, but what does the Bible say about who Jesus is?  As we continue our series “He Shall Be Called” we will be looking at Jesus, who is the Mighty God. This will be a great message for you to see exactly where in the scriptures it says Jesus is God.

There are numerous prophecies in the Bible that predict the birth of Jesus Christ. One of the most well-known passages comes from Isaiah 9:6, which was written over 700 years before our Savior came to earth. This particular prophecy describes Jesus through names that reveal who he is and what he came to do. As we ponder on these names of Jesus, let us not forget the incredible gift that he is to us. He is our Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace.
