Miguel Torrez enlisted with The United States Coast Guard in 2000, completed officer candidate school and retired as a lieutenant commander in 2021. He specialized in contingency and operational planning, inter-agency planning and operations and maritime search and rescue. Upon retirement, he launched and hosts The Conversation, Cannabis and Christianity podcast where he and guests discuss the human condition, belief systems, cannabis, Jesus Christ, destiny and more.
