Mika Brzezinski is the co-host of MSNBC's "Morning Joe," a best-selling author, and the founder of "Know Your Value," a movement in partnership with NBCUniversal to empower women to recognize their worth and get paid for it. Mika recently partnered with Forbes to create its first "50 over 50" list of women who have achieved success later in life.
