I got to sit down with Mika, who has been teaching yoga for over 6 years and has vast knowledge of the practice and everything that goes along with it. As an aspiring yogi, I had many questions that were all over the place - and she did an incredible job of answering them. We cover everything from the basics, the chakras, meditation, and how yoga is for everyone. If you buy in and give it 100%, yoga can be a very beneficial practice. I think yoga is something that everyone should experience. Yoga paired with meditation can completely shift one's perspective, and that is what I am trying to do - as should you. This was also a learning opportunity for me - not only about yoga, but how to interact with a complete stranger on the podcast for over an hour.
