Mike is the owner of Wayne Technologies, a sourcing and recruitment training company. His company has access to more recruiting tech than any other company in the market.  And the type of sourcing that they do is deliverables-based, not hourly.  It's a game changer in the space focused around open and transparent data through every step of the process.
