On Sunday, April 21, 2024, at 1 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time, the U.S. Transhumanist Party invites futurist and rocket engineer Mike DiVerde to discuss his outlook on some of the hazards of space travel – such as galactic cosmic radiation – and possible paths forward that would acknowledge and work around these hazards. 
Mike DiVerde is the CEO of the Washington State Transhumanist Party. He seeks to transcend human limitations by overcoming aging and enhancing cognition. He works at Boeing and has worked at SpaceX. He also coordinates the OmniFuturists group.
