Mike Hilmer has always known he’s wanted to coach. As a college athlete, he coached little league and youth league across multiple sports. Moving through a few other schools on his way to North Linn, he has experience coaching several of his own sons and has a great perspective on that. Mike’s a recent state champion and has only lost 5 games in the last 6 years👀.
