Grew up in a small town near Boston; in High School Mike hung around with a diverse group of kids; never really got into the popularity contests; had 2 cafeterias 1) for cool kids 2) for losers!Looked at the Boston University campus and there was only concrete; no trees; the "Soap in the Fountain" prank that his dad pulled as tradition sold Mike on NortheasternHis college has a CO-OP program that got him jobs while in school; in these jobs Mike was working with high profile people who thought he was smartManaged to go to school in Italy for 2 summers and had this housing paid for through the school; learned Italian and fell in love with Italy2nd Summer in Italy Mike wrote the script for a documentary that was shot in Rome; got paid to live and work in Rome all summerTook his boyfriend to Italy to propose and everything went wrong; it rained, the metro was closed, they didn't get into the Vatican; Mike had to pee and the very nearly missed their train and almost lost $1000 on the planned proposal train rideAlmost burned down a garage because no one could figure out how to roll a blunt even with a YouTube video; tried to smoke the weed on a plate like incense; didn't even really get high!
