This is an incredibly inspirational interview. Mike talks about working in his father's meat shop at age 9, in a remote, rural village in Brazil. Then, moving to America and ultimately winding up befriending his guitar heroes and working with them. How he learned to speak English, getting out of his comfort zone, becoming an entrepreneur, staying inspired, becoming more patient & less judgmental. COOL convo with a very sincere guy
Born in Brazil, Mike Kerr is a founding member and the guitarist of FirstBourne, an arena rock/power metal band that just got back from a world tour. He's also a solo artist who's released 2 LPs of his own, a sideman working with Michael Sweet, and Stryper's tour manager
