When you walk into a room full of different people, don't go towards the people you feel comfortable with. Go towards the people you don't know or the people that you find interesting. There needs to be some inclusiveness because that is a barrier that is hard to break. This is something Mike Meyer has been advocating for his whole life. Mike is the Manager of Meyer Music and the Chairman of the charity, Band of Angels. He believes that music has no color or discrimination.
