Mike is the Founder and Managing Partner of Neato, an agency focused on helping brands understand and connect with young audiences with a special focus on Gen Z and college students.
Over the last seven years, he has been helping brands like Vans, Wall Street Journal, Spotify, and Boston University develop and implement strategies that help them achieve their objectives while positively impacting young people’s lives. Before starting his agency, Mike spent a decade working at Red Bull, eventually spearheading Red Bull’s college marketing strategy and program for North America. Mike is passionate about navigating youth culture, and helping brands use their resources for good.
