Paul Sloane interviews Brigadier Mike Roycroft. In a 30 year career in the British Army Mike rose to the rank of Brigadier. He served in Germany and Northern Ireland. He shares stories and lessons from the major change programmes he led both in the army and in the charities sector. He is now CEO of the St Raphael's Hospice in London. He died from cancer in 2023.
