Mike Wolfe has taken on some pretty serious challenges…paddling across Canada, running the John Muir Trail, quitting his attorney job to be a professional ultrarunner, and now, becoming a dad.

Sarah and I catch up with Mike to talk about some of these accomplishments, how he got into this weird sport, what it’s like to hang with Hal on the trail, why Mike Foote is his nemesis, and his new son’s awesome name.
