GREATER LONDON YOUTH FOUNDATION PRESENTS THE MIKEY BHARJ SHOW

MIKEY TALKS ABOUT LONELINESS

Listen Later

A recent BBC study of 55,000 participants reported that the 16-24-year-olds are the most lonely.  Elderly people can be lonely too, and some have developed great coping mechanisms as they go through different stages of life - leaving home, going to university, getting married, children leaving home, loved ones dying, etc.  Some don't.  Solitude, however, is great for connecting with yourself and your environment and is a positive thing.
