This weekend is another landmark in women’s cycling as we see Milan San Remo added to the women’s calendar. There is quite a debate going on in cycling at the moment as the Primavera Rosa, which ran between 1998 and 2005, took place on the same course as this famous race, but this is the first time that a race branded as Milan San Remo will take place for women and run alongside the men’s race.
In the podcast we get to know Gladys who rejoined the team at the start of the year, and we found out how she has been welcomed in to the Wolfpack family. She also discusses her recent recon of the Milan san Remo course, and tell us how she came to have a unique nickname.
