Topic 1: The Canadian Mens National soccer team was set to face Panama in a Friendly match as part of their World Cup preparation however only hours before the game it was canceld due to a Players Strike! The Players are demainding more transparency and a better deal from Soccer Canada now that they has qualified for the World Cup.

Topic 2: The Oilers face a very steep mountain back after falling 3-0 down to the Avalanche in the NHL Western Conference Final. Although not impossible it has only been accomplished 4 times in the history of the NHL.
