Tonight Ryan and Moses break down round 3 of Mile Madness put on by Wolf Creek Race Management.  Round 3 was the semi-finals on the men's side and the finals for the women.  The men's side saw another 4:0-mile from Ryan as well as a SUB 4 minute mile.  Brandan Moretton ran 3:55, advancing himself to the final round where he will face Andrew Mascio.  On the women's side Lindsey had a sub 5 minute performance, earning the overall crown.  ----------------------------------------------------------  For updates results, highlight videos, and other information regarding Mile Madness, check out our website and instagram pages.  Liked below!  ----------------------------------------------------------  Have video and or podcast suggestions?
