Miles Hartwell is the co-founder of Splinterworks and in collaboration with his business partner, Matt Withington re-imagines familiar items to create ambitious beautiful crafted functioning sculpture.

He talks to Nataliya about how Splinterworks began and some of the iconic pieces, including the hammock bath, that they have created and the fascinating design process that underpins their work.
