This epispde is just the pure truth of how I got past my mental breakdown. Life goes on, life sucks but we're in this together!
This weeks episode I'm just winging it to be honest. No script I wrote out no motivational stuff just a normal 30 year old woman trying to navigate through this roller coaster called life.
If you've ever had a bad week bad day bad year, month, hour, second whatever it is lets go through it together.
This is to prove even someone who overcame the darkness still has bad days even a bad week.
Just a reminder that I'm not perfect either.❤️ so lets not be perfect together!
Join me this week & lets be ourselves.
How many times have you said “I’ll start Monday,” “I’ll do it next month,” or “I just need to get motivated again”?
At some point, we have to stop talking about the life we want and start showing the fuck up for it.
This week, we’re talking about what it actually means to lock in—building discipline when motivation disappears, keeping the promises you make to yourself, creating habits that make your goals easier, and learning how to come back after an off day instead of throwing the whole damn thing away.
And no, this isn’t about waking up at 4AM, working out seven days a week, never eating dessert, and becoming a completely different human overnight. 😂
This isn’t about doing the most. It’s about doing what you said mattered to you.
Plus, I’m challenging you to join me for the Miles Together 30-Day Lock-In: pick three realistic, measurable promises to yourself and spend the next 30 days showing up for them.
You’re going to have bad days. You’re going to miss things. Don’t restart. Come back.
Because locking in isn’t never falling off.
It’s getting really fucking good at coming back. 🔒
🎙️ Wherever you are in the world, we’re in this together. 💛
The tea is poured and apparently nothing is off limits. 😂
For the first-ever Tea Time, I’m sitting down with my best friend Gia for the kind of conversation you’d normally only hear if you were sitting at the table with us.
We’re talking friendship, relationships, growing up, things we’ve watched each other go through, red flags, embarrassing stories, hot takes, and some surprisingly deep shit along the way.
There’s no big life lesson this week. No five-step plan to becoming a better person. Just two best friends answering questions, exposing each other a little bit, laughing way too much, and having a real conversation.
Grab your coffee, wine, tea or whatever the fuck you’ve got and come hang out with us. ☕️💛
The tea is poured. Nothing is off limits. Let’s fucking talk.
Wherever you are in the world, we’re in this together. 🎙️✨
Plans change and apparently, so does this podcast. 😂
Zach and I originally thought we’d be hitting the road much sooner, but now we’re looking at April. And while that wasn’t the original plan, it made me realize that Miles Together was never supposed to only be about where we’re going. It’s about everything that happens while we’re getting there.
So things are changing around here. Expect more real conversations, guests, Tea Time, relationships, friendships, work, money, bus prep, random life shit and yes, still some motivation when we need it.
Same Miles Together. More of life along the way. 💛
Wherever you are in the world, we’re in this together.
We spend so much time asking ourselves “What if it doesn’t work out?”
What if I fail? What if I regret it? What if I embarrass myself? What if I make the wrong decision?
But have you ever stopped and asked yourself the opposite?
What if it actually fucking works out?
In this episode, we’re talking about how easy it is to create the worst-case scenario in our heads before anything has even happened and how different life might look if we gave possibility the same amount of attention we give fear.
Because taking a chance doesn’t guarantee everything will go perfectly.
You might fail. You might change your mind. Your plans might completely fall apart.
But you’ll figure it out.
And what if you take the chance and it leads you somewhere you never expected? What if the thing you’re terrified to start becomes one of the best decisions you ever make? What if six months from now you’re living a completely different life thinking, thank God I didn’t talk myself out of this?
You don’t need proof that something is going to work out before you give it a chance.
Fear has had enough of your attention. Give possibility a turn. 💛
Have you ever had one bad morning and somehow, by lunchtime, you’re questioning your job, your relationship, your body, your goals… and basically your entire fucking life? 😂
Yeah. Same.
We have a habit of taking temporary emotions and turning them into permanent conclusions. But one bad moment doesn’t mean everything is falling apart, and one shitty day doesn’t mean you have a shitty life.
In this episode, we’re talking about learning to zoom out, stopping the spiral before one bad day becomes a bad week, giving ourselves permission to have hard days, and remembering that a beautiful life is still going to have some really shitty moments.
You don’t always need to fix your entire life.
Sometimes you need to eat something. Take a shower. Go for a walk. Cry if you need to. Get some sleep.
And try again tomorrow. 💛
Don’t make permanent judgments about your life based on temporary feelings.
Maybe nothing is falling apart.
Maybe today just sucked.

Let’s travel, grow & become our best selves together. 💛
When did we start looking at other people’s lives and convincing ourselves that ours wasn’t enough?
It’s so easy to scroll through social media, compare where you are to where someone else is, and slowly start changing yourself to fit an idea of who you think you should be.
But there’s a difference between being inspired by someone and trying to become them.
In this episode, we’re talking about comparison, authenticity, learning to appreciate your own life, and becoming a better version of yourself without losing who you already are.
Because your best self was never supposed to look like somebody else. 💛
Let other people’s lives show you what’s possible not convince you that yours isn’t enough.
Some seasons of life feel so heavy that it’s hard to imagine things ever getting better. When you’re in the middle of the darkness, sometimes you can’t see the light waiting for you on the other side.
In this episode, we’re talking about making it through the seasons that test you, allowing yourself to feel what you’re going through, and holding onto hope even when life feels impossible.
Because the way you feel today isn’t the way you’ll feel forever. Your hardest chapter doesn’t get to decide how your story ends.
If you’re struggling right now, feeling lost, or simply need someone to remind you to keep going, this episode is for you. 🤍
Wherever you are in the world, we’re in this together.
I promise there’s light in all this darkness. 🌅
Let’s travel, grow & become our best selves together. 💛
Forgiveness doesn’t mean what happened was okay. It doesn’t mean you have to forget, reconnect, or give someone another chance. Sometimes forgiveness has absolutely nothing to do with them, it’s about you finally deciding you don’t want to carry the weight anymore.
In this episode, we’re talking about letting go of resentment, choosing your own peace, and realizing that holding onto what hurt you can keep you connected to something you’re desperately trying to move on from.
You deserve to move forward. You deserve peace. And sometimes forgiveness is simply the decision to stop letting the past have so much power over your present.
Come travel, grow & become our best selves together. 💛✨
