Air Force General Randall Reed, commander of the United States Transportation command (USTRANSCOM) testified before the Senate Armed Services Committee and made a request for the purchase of ten used cargo ships to bolster the aging fleet that supports American military operations overseas.  I don't know about you, but there are plenty of red flags here.  I investigate.
