Strawberry cake and milkshake? In this episode we will ask and answer the question, "What happens if you rip the heart of out the Christian faith, and say that the lifeless corpse with a gaping hole in his chest cavity is in fact alive." Using a series of analogies, we'll consider what it means to remove the key ingredients of the Christian faith, the covenant of God, and insist that this empty shell is in fact the faith once committed to the saints. What does it mean to treat the Word of God, covenantal from beginning to end, as a non-covenantal, existential or mystical in great need of our redaction, Ctrl-X style.
