Millennial, Keeley Knight who is 23, was asked what she would tell her 18 year old self as preparation for the adult world of work and further study.

As Keeley said, it was quite a tough question, but she recognised that she has changed in the 5 years since leaving school. Of course, some of the tips and advice are what other adults (including parents) would say, but others are unique to her age group.

In particular, she said to grab opportunities; to contact people that have offered advice, rather than be too frightened to contact them, and work hard.
