Todd Phillips is president and founder of "The Last Well", a nonprofit dedicated to providing access to safe drinking water for the entire nation of Liberia while spreading the gospel. He's been living on a 20'x22' barge for 24 days, to raise 2.3 million to save 500,000 lives.
