Abbey is a child of God, a daughter, a sister, a friend, Naija 🇳🇬, a Mental Health Advocate, a passionate public servant and so much more!  She is the Founder of Live Without Apologies, LLC where she inspires everyone to live life unapologetically on YOUR own terms, without judgment or validation from others.  

Hear how she navigated through her journey of quitting her dream job after battling depression, anxiety and feeling a loss in her sense of identity when COVID-19 hit. She was unemployed for four months, but that period of stillness, reflection and listening to God, allowed her to rest, re-center, and rediscover her own voice, passions and aspirations. With that said, Live Without Apologies was birthed!
