The opposite of addition is connection, so says Johann Hari.  Author of books about Addiction and Attention, Pierre tells Maureen about a podcast where Rich Roll interviews Johann Hari. Pierre focuses more on the Hari / Roll conversation than on the subject matter of Attention, so we might have to return to this. 

Johann Hari interviews experts around the world and brings powerful insights into subject matter.  In his latest book on Attention, he traveled the world for 3 years speaking with experts.  Then took 3 months off and spent it in  Provincetown (P-town) without a phone detoxing from social media.  What do short bytes of information do to our attention?
