Tracy Loken Weber earned a Master of Science in curriculum and design and instructional technology from Bemidji State University in 2005.  She has served as educator, nonprofit President/Executive Director, Author, Keynote Speaker, University Instructor, and is currently a state-wide trainer for UW-Milwaukee. In addition, she has become an advocate for foster care and adoption and has been promoting the importance of trauma-informed care in special needs children. Tracy and her husband Thomas live in WI with their five adopted children, and their fur baby Charlie.
