Andy has just retired from his position at the Céide Fields where he worked as a geologist and tour guide. Andy is also a volunteer with the Hospice shop in Belmullet.

What is it like when you're of retirement age and feel like a 20-year-old?

It is a human experience that many people of ‘a certain age’ can relate to, we are living longer with better health outcomes than the generations before us.
