Anger is a secondary emotion. In other words, it’s always triggered by something else. More than 40% of people with anxiety report anger problems. Over 30% of those with depression experience frequent anger outbursts. No one just gets angry. We get Hurt. Shamed. Scared. Tired. Depressed, and then Angry
